Seven Springs Farm to Table

Come Welcome Fall, Y’all Garden Supper

 

Chef Winter Hose is back for our second farm-to-table dinner this year, and we can’t wait to see what he does with this one!

Please join us here on the farm for appetizers and a 4-course meal made almost entirely from our garden and farm, as we move into a beautiful East Tennessee autumn. We love Winter’s ability to make the simplest ingredients into something absolutely delicious, and with all the goodness of fall – greens, beets, sweet potatoes, lettuces, our Seven Springs beef, and more – we think this will be an amazing meal!

Farm tour: 5pm – 6pm, tour our farm, vineyard, winery, commercial kitchen, and our recently installed solar panels. Come early and enjoy a wine tasting, while you’re here ($4/person)!
Drinks and appetizers: 5:30pm – 6pm
Dinner: 6pm – 8pm, a 4-course meal prepared with meats, vegetables, and fruits from our farm.

Tickets: $55 / person. Tickets include appetizers, and four courses, along with 2 glasses of local wine from our sister store The Winery at Seven Springs Farm (cash bar with wine and cider options also available).

Cancellation Policy: Dinner is rain or shine. There will be no refunds for ticket sales. Tickets are transferable.
