Plan Your Trip

To enjoy all that each winery has to offer and take in a few local sites, plan to spend two to three days traveling the Great Valley Wine Trail.

Before you begin, check the hours for each winery and you might plan your trip around a special event at the winery you wouldn’t want to miss!

Each winery charges a small tasting fee that may include a souvenir tasting glass.

Tell the first tasting room you visit that you’re doing the Great Valley Wine Trail, and you will receive a free Passport. Be sure to get it stamped at each winery you visit. When you’re finished, turn it in for one of our prizes!

Each quarter, we’ll draw for a winner of a Wine Trail gift certificate.

Don’t miss the historic sites along the way – from the exciting adventure rides of Sevierville, to the winding “Thunder Road,” of Highway 61, made famous by whiskey runners during Prohibition years.

Enjoy your visit to East Tennessee, and uncork the history of the Great Valley Wine Trail!

Please drive responsibly. Great Valley Wine Trail wants you to arrive at your next destination safe and sound.
